Experts from our team come to you — the comprehensive analysis with all parameters, for squad and club. Observation in training and the dressing room, conversations with leadership, context. The depth that only emerges on-site.

What exactly does Humatrix do?
Humatrix makes the human factor in a club visible — roles, communication, trust, leadership and decisions under pressure. Based on our own, scientifically grounded methodology, we analyse squad, coaching staff and sporting leadership as one system and show where development starts.
Is this coaching?
No. Humatrix is consulting, not coaching. We work at system level — with the structure, not only the individual — and deliver signals based on patterns: as observation, never as diagnosis.
How does the Humatrix Check work?
In two stages. Stage 1 is the free digital pre-check: your people complete short, role-specific modules on their phones, each in their own time, in five to ten minutes — you receive a first, compact overview. Stage 2 is the on-site check: experts from our team come to you — observation, conversations, context, full evaluation.
What does the first step cost?
Nothing. The digital pre-check is free and without obligation. Only once the picture is clear and you want the depth do we talk about the on-site check and ongoing support.
How discreet is the collaboration?
Completely. We name no clients, publish no references and work exclusively with aggregated results — with no inference about individuals. Discretion is not an add-on for us; it is the foundation.
